Randie Paige Silverstein started Luckydog Arts and Design
in the spring of 1999, as a freelance designer. The Dot-com world
was bursting forth, and there was much interest in web publishing.
In the coming years, almost every new business became aware of
how important it was to have a web presence with an integrated
look and feel. When the industry started to suffer, Luckydog
Arts and Design persevered, managing lower budgets with higher
expectations and delivering first class websites to new and growing
companies and non-profit organizations. Most of our clients are
word-of-mouth referrals from previous clients.
Integrating Function and Design is Randie's strength for over
20 years. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Ceramics,
a Certificate in Digital Media, and 20 years of business experience,
she provides marketing insight and elegantly simple designs.
Yes, she did have a dog named Lucky . He died September 17, 2007 of old age. He was 12. This website is dedicated to Luckydog.
Randie has taught Multimedia Production, and Preparation
for Digital Media at Cabrillo College, Children's Ceramics through
Spectra for the Arts in Santa Cruz County, is a participant
in Open
Studios,
an annual Cultural Council event and manages her full time Web & Graphics
Design business between beautiful Santa Cruz, California and
the mile high city of Denver, Colorado.
