My Philosophy

Whether it is clay or code, my basic philosophy is the same. I teach form and function. I teach resourcefulness in the face of unknowing. I encourage students to push the boundaries of what is possible and have a great experience… I don't have an attachment to technique, but rather one of applying the appropriate techniques needed to find elegant solutions; from conception to implementation.

I view my students as individuals whose skills are unique and develop in their own time. I always make myself available for questions and take a personal interest in each students journey as well as their accomplishments.
